• All the participants who will present paper(s) and wish to receive participation certificate must register (as earlybird or late registration).
• At least one author of the accepted abstract must register by 15 May 2022 and attend the ICOLES 2022 to present the paper.
• Registration fee covers two presentations only. If authors wish to present an additional paper or publish two extended abstracts they should pay an extra fee of USD 20.
• Your registration will be completed upon receiving filled and signed version of the registration form with the receipt of registration fee payment.
• Any extra fee or charge caused by payment process should be paid by the participant. ICOLES has no responsibility in terms of the procedures that banks apply for money transactions.
• In case of cancellation before April 30, 2022, participants will be refunded 50 % of their registration fee.
• After April 30, 2022, there will be no refund for any participant.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.
